Dismally stalking through the mist, Ikazuchi listened to the soft ripple of his long sleeved shirt as it danced with the small breeze of wind that blew past; caressing the land with it's soft hands, pushing effortlessly through the mist, yet careful not to disturb her. Click, clack, click, clack. Grinding against the grains of sand below that were salted all over the asphalt of the cityscape, Ikazuchi's feet pressed; left, right, left, right...Hands slung deeply into his pockets, he pressed through the mist which coated the area surrounding the housing and shop district he was passing through; although, this was not the only area the mist covered, but only a small fraction of it.

Soft words could scarcely be caught from the inside of past homes, their innocent vibrations trailing off, vanishing into the mist, leaving only silent echo's in their wake. Lonely and bored, Ikazuchi slowly crept up to a single house and pressed his right ear silently against the front door. His eyes crawled from one black figure to another, analyzing their structure; keeping a watch for himself. Listening to the cries within, he absorbed an argument between a couple; something about their son being missing and no were to be found; nothing really important. Cracking a small smile, he released his ear from the door as he heard a loud stomping coming his way. Quickly, he leaped onto the roof, landing softly only seconds before the mother stormed out; he was safe. Watching as the mom quickly vanished in the mist, he dropped down and continued his stroll through the mist.

His sandals digging into the dirt, Ikazuchi contemplated about his family and when the next chuunin exams were going to be held. He thought, for a moment, if he would even ever encounter anyone else in this forsaken mist. Sighing softly, he continued to stalk through the mist as he thought deeply about his family, the chuunin exams, and whether he would just leave this forsaken place.... Coming up upon the gates that lied west of his housing compound, he peered outside. The wild was there before him, the option to be free and merry. He just need to jump the fence, as it would have seemed.... "Oh what to do, what to do.....?" He thought for a minute always glancing back at the gate before he made his decision. Standing firm and forward he would leave his mark where he stood. Hooping onto the gates, he climbed in till there was nothing left for him to climb. Jumping over them before landing on the ground in a front-ward motion. Never stopping, he ran and kept running. "No looking back, No looking back, No looking back....." Tears dropped from his face as he would soon disappear into the same very woodwork he wished to join.

In the quiet, dark misty village of Kirigakure, a Genin known as no other then Ikazuchi had been traveling the damp streets, and lurking the dark corners of the the streets. Just as he approached a unfinished gate that split the outside world, and Kirigakure, he had hopped over it, and took off running. Though he may not have noticed all this time, the Mizukage knew about what he may have been doing, but hadn't expected him to do it. She kept getting reports of a young boy walking the streets, and even got a report that sounded as if a stalker had tried to listen in someone's conversation inside of a house, but when the lady opened the door, no one was there. These reports came in rather fast, as since the village was still somewhat under construction in some areas, close watch on these locations have been deployed over the nights.

Revy was curious about why he roamed these streets at night, and thought that perhaps he was depressed, or couldn't find his way home. Though according to the reports, he had taken an unusual path that was headed to an unfinished wall of Kirigakure. Just to ensure this boy wasn't lost or depressed, she sent out a Chuunin to quickly catch up to him, and escort him home. And just in case, she followed closely behind, but not by to far. Outside of any type of sensory limits, but close enough to know whats going on, or act if needed. Standing up in her seat, and stretching, Revy let out a big yawn and rubbed her eyes. She really didn't feel like leaving, but she had no choice if things were to get rough, as Ikazuchi was known to be a Jinchuuriki. She placed her coat on, which was a bit small, and was the same color as the bottom skirt piece of her outfit, and covered her face with a scarf, the same color, which hid the lower parts of her face and her neck. As well as putting her hood up, which made only her eyes, the skin around her eyes, and few strands of hair visible. Beneath this, she wore her regular outfit:

Spoiler:

The coat she had on hung loosely around her, and only really covered her chest, and the top part of her stomach, and was buttoned up in the middle. Her lower stomach and back were visible in the center, beneath the coat, and was wrapped up with the white cloth, save for a small opening near her belly button that revealed her skin. Her coat also had a hood, which was up, with her hair stuffed in the back, between her and it.

Just as she finished buttoning up her coat and putting her hood up, she walked towards an open window, and immediately disappeared. As the Chuunin approached the boy, he noticed that the boy had hopped a fence, and took off into the woods of the Water Country. Following closely behind, but using a stealth technique, he immediately started moving at a high speed with his body flicker, and placed 12 seals on nearby trees, very close to the Genin, but while still stealthed. 12 seals placed, which created a box around the Genin, just ahead of him. Once the Genin had ran into the box, the Chuunin stopped him by standing in his way.

"Ikazuchi, why are you out here so late at Night? It's dangerous to be here around this time" The Chuunin said, attempting to get answers from the Genin. The seals he had placed created a box around the both of them, but remained unused as of now, so far.

While this had went down, the Mizukage was a small distance behind, watching from a tree branch, out of sight, slightly stealthed to where a Genin would never notice her.

So there he was, finally hoping over that god forsaken wall and running towards freedom. After reaching land from the long jump from the gate he quickly dashed towards the forest to get quickly get inside. While running he tripped over a rock and fell to his backside. With the he tears still falling from his face he crawled into fetal position. Ikazuchi sighed as he swayed back and forth on the grassy plans that seem to separate the woods and the gate. His blonde hair shifted in the passing breeze as he made his way over 5ft to the gate and began packing unpacking some equipment. Filling his pockets with the stuff, and the overflow into his satchel, Ikazuchi took a moment to sit and enjoy the scenery around him. Kiri wasn’t much for trees, but this forest had a boat load of them, along with a few birds for scenery. A fountain before him was giving off some wonderful mist as he leaned back on his buttock and looked up into the sky. The clouds above and around were shifting like always, it was strangely pleasant to watch them. While all other countries looked to the clouds to make shapes from them, here in Kiri you looked up to the skies only to find what shapes you could make out from between the clouds.

With his tiny pad and pen Ikazuchi scribbled away his thoughts and feelings. He had to get a new booklet out before he was complete broke, the life of a small time author was something else. Smiling as he scribbled the little boy looked exactly like that name stated. He was giddy to be in such a pleasant time and place. It was something he never really understood, he loved nature, but he didn’t know quiet why. He liked the trees and he loved the animals but he never longed for them. It was just one of the many curious things about himself that Ikazuchi never questioned. The seal on his stomach or the red lines that only he saw in passing moments of extreme exhaust. His stepfather had never told him anything of it, and his mother had no idea either. Ikazuchi decided not to question it then, he just accepted it, but, on this day those abilities would come into stark effect.

The thin red marks covering Ikazuchi’s body tingled for a moment, he thought it was just the elation from the glorious day, oh boy was he wrong. Closing his eyes he felt weary for a moment, as if something was off, it was the strangest feeling he had felt in quite a while. Like fog was tickling his mind. Shaking his head violently, Ikazuchi stood up slowly and tried to walk it off. Perhaps he had bent his head at a weird angle, nothing terrible. Sticking his hands deep into his dark pockets the Genin walked from his spot near the gate towards the opening of forest. His small necklace bopping up and down with his steps and his open shirt flapping every so often our friend continued to walk until he came across one of the older sections of the district.

His head thumped again and he was forced to lean against seemingly the first tree of the forest. Closing his eyes forcefully he felt his head pound as he tried to calm himself down. When his little black eyes did open the place came into startling view. Dirty walls were the norm, the gleaming stone must have faded over time. Dirt and mist were everywhere, along with paper and debris that floated in the wind or cluttered in corners. A few were walking here or there inside the gate, all with their heads down. Dusty storefronts and crumpling signs were all around Ikazuchi. Peeling tree bark and eroding rocks stood before him, but with a deep breath he tried to stand. He would have to find something for this headache or he would end up in the hospital.

However, Ikazuchi’s uneven feet did not carry him for long with such a pounding head, within a minutes our hero crashed and fell onto the grass once more, only about 13 feet from the gate, but enough for him to lose his breath. As he stirred slowly he began hearing voices from inside the forest over in this little causeway. He lifted himself to his left knee and listened, something told him that moving would not be a good thing right now. He could hear the sounds of other in the distance as he tried to regain is composure. He had appeared to rain down on their little party he was sure that he wasn't an invited guest.

Ikazuchi’s head ripped and burned. His vision blurred and his face seared. His knee which had been holding him up lost the balance that held him, and little Ikazuchi face planted onto the ground. He could hardly think right now, something was certainly not right. For all of his potential, little Ikazuchi knew very little about his body, and he would only be amazed at its abilities, but until he knew our hero could only lay down and listen through fading ears as the villains spoke. He could not make out genders from the voices, hell he could barely understand words right now, and yet he listened on. But, when the world around him started screaming and explosions ripped through the trees Ikazuchi’s mind went blank. All around him the lines of reality fuzzed and pulsed. The world seemed to fog while his vision darkened. Instead of a blue sky, the world was purple. Shadows were large and overpowering, the world tinted with a dark outlining. Breathing rapidly our friend attempted to rise to his feet.

Slowly, Ikazuchi lifted his scrapped body from the dirty ground. Dust and debris swirled around him with passing breezes, the grass floor full of dirt from years of use. The floating clouds above pressed down on them and the street lights flickered madly from the confusion. Gravel tossed around while pebbles banged against the outer walls forming a staccato of clicks and pops. His small hand on the ground, Ikazuchi slipped it to his center and began spreading out his legs. Reaching with his right hand now Ikazuchi attempted to lift himself into a leaning rest position; dropping his knee down the boy scooted his legs more and slowly he rose. It took longer than he would have liked but slowly and surely Ikazuchi slumped against a tree next to him. An old abundant tree that hadn’t been used in years.

With his left hand planted firmly against the dusty wet bark of the tree, Ikazuchi slowly trekked forward. Wobbly and lopsided he dragged his feet as best he could, his mind unable to think, the only thing important was to look in that window, why no one knows, but he had to do it. Explosions and cracks of viciously lightning all around him did not matter, the only thing in the world was that window. Everything seemed…different, it felt real, it sounded real and it certainly was scary. But, it seemed…otherworldly. Gasping, Ikazuchi slide his feet further. Little did he understand what was going on inside of his own body, which in reality was the only thing that kept him moving. While the world around him was fooled by the flashing lights and heavy noised, Ikazuchi was safe. He was trapped in this reality, but he was over it.

-----

The Gobi, deep within the little boy known as Ikazuchi began to stir. He felt the grips of illusion reaching towards him. The massive beast was lying in his cage of all places with his large head resting on his vicious claws. Yawning until a few seconds ago he had been very carefree, locked inside another day of boredom, left only to yawn and ponder. But, when the action started the Gobi knew it for what it was…this was a trick. He had done it a million times before, and he could feel another’s pitiful attempt to confuse him. His voice was deep when he spoke aloud. It was smart though, not a rabid animal without feelings and thoughts. Like a wounded god that was walking with the mortals now, mountains of tasks left to him before he went back to heavens grasp. But as he continued another voice came in. With a crack in his voice another emotion filled his lungs. This one was angry, intense, almost as if spitting at the world while it spoke.

“It seems I have something to attend to, this should be most interesting.”
“This is finally a chance to kill something, it has been so long since I stretched out.”
“I do not have the power to overcome this seal, It is a game of chance.”
“To hell with chance, I will break down this barrier at the first sign of weakness.”

------

Ikazuchi took another small step forward on the trees surface. His mind was still on fire, he could feel the ethereal energy around him, he could feel something was wrong, but he did not know neither what to call it nor where it came from, still the only thing on his mind was the little peephole.

A few feet left, almost there…

Breathing irregularly our friend moved forward, until finally he lost himself. His mind going blank, the young Ikazuchi fell forward onto the ground. But, it was not without a small triumph. His head facing the men he peered at them. A massive surge ripped apart his mind once more as the Gobi tried to protect him from the deadly mental assault. With a sick visage Ikazuchi looked with absent eyes right into this meeting of villans, his face the only thing visible as the rest of his body was lying out of view.

All the villians would see, if they cared to look, was a small head, and two solidly black eyes, no blue left in them…

Their nightmare was about to begin…

Eyes wide open and peering into the forest with his faded and dusty eyes, Ikazuchi's mind fluttered between reality and illusion, flickering like a light bulb on its way out. His mind was clouded by Genjutsu, while at the same time it was as clear as the summer sky in the west. Such a strange little world he was in. Time was so still….but so rapid, days passed in moments while Ikazuchi’s eyes focused and unfocused on the enemies in front of him. He saw three people one moment, they were scared and helpless. But, a static would fill his body and then the three scared citizens would change position. One was standing, while the other two appeared to be guarding their comrade.

His eyes were blind to his approaching danger however; as the two guarding the man threw a projectile. The projectiles that they shot at him were no more dangerous than the air he was breathing. As they came to him they would melt and mold away, like a floating cotton ball hitting the essence of flame. With shaking fingertips Ikazuchi gripped the dirt under him and balled his tiny fists. His body quivered as revelation hit his mind. Attack the strange people before him….attack at all costs.

-----

The cage was creaking a bit as Inuten flexed his powerful muscles. Lifting his head off of his paw and cracking his neck, the large beast scared away the smaller creatures of his domain. A massive head of white fur and blindingly dark eyes looked through the corporeal gate into Ikazuchi’s eyes. The floating manifestation of wispy light acted as a pool of water, translucent but oddly reflective. The Gobi snapped his teeth loudly and the bars shook, and with it went Kenji.

"It is time then, a bit of help will do him good. Only so much as save the poor kid."
"I will destroy these insolent fools."
-----

Ikazuchi’s small body was slowly being encompassed by a thin layer of ethereal white. The red lines that painted his body were becoming noticeable at last. The markings on his face were lighting up to the world as his hair stood on end. Breathing raggedly he stood slowly on all fours, his head still fixated on his left the illusion around him bounced away like an invisible force had come into being. No simple Genjutsu would reach him again, he was no longer the simple boy from Kiri.

The Gobi had come out to play…

The Gobi let out an earth-shattering roar that rocked his little garden. The birds took off for safety while he swung his mighty paw once more at his cage door. With a crash the bars bent yet again and white chakra spilled over into his flowers. And with it, Ikazuchi’s mind was in a battle.

Earth

Earth, tail of Earth controlled by the Gobi consists of a powerful set of heavy stones that grind over one enough and dribble out sand; it also takes the form of pure mud depending on the mood its mood. The powers of the tail include complete control over earth and the ability to release earth by use of the tails own stone or its conducted power. Brutal bludgeons and crushing wall can be formed during this form, and all the while the user becomes a waling juggernaut. A complete lack of emotion and lose of feeling forms and wells inside of Ikazuchi while this tail is activated, something that comes from the Gobi’s influence and his thoughts on the element itself. . During this tail the Ikazuchi is privy to complete blankness in thought and feeling, which could lead to unneeded death and a lack of control over all because no limitation is placed upon both the destruction or the target.

-----

Earth built up in his fist, his lungs expanding outwards. The thundering speed of the genin was amazing seeming to dance along with pallet and then the little boys eyes opened wide once again. Connecting two hits on the two guards, before dissolving into ground where he took the third man with him. He breathed out, letting this massive tail rip outwards, towering up twenty feet, and destroying the near trees all around him from underneath. Hopefully that would be enough to distract the man still tailing him a few feet away and if not he would be impaled by jagged rocks uprising from left and right, though at this point Kirigakure was the least of his concerns. Unknown to him, he had just let Kiri’s secret weapon out, and now he was going to have to deal with the consequences. Damn the consequences Ikazuchi thought, or were those his thoughts or the Gobi's. He couldn't tail he had one focus, getting the hell out of here as he left the scene and went deeper into the forest. And in till the focus is realized he would allow the Gobi to help him anyway possible.

"Boy. If you truly desire my help, reach for the seal on this gate and you can have all the help you need." "No." "What do you mean NO do you want my help or not?" "I said NO for one reason, your going to help me take over this world and for that to happen I need you locked up and ready to do my bidding." "You bastard." "Yes I might be terrified of you but not even that will stop me from taming you Gobi. Beleive it!" "Maybe this kid is different, maybe he will finally provide me with some good entertainment."
