Kageki Clan

Clan Name: Kageki
Kekkei Genkai: Katon + Fuuton (Fire Release + Wind Release) = Haiton (Ash Release)

The Kageki have the unique ability to turn organic matter like sugar and plants into ash. This is accomplished by the usage of certain jutsu which create a "summoning" like effect in which certain areas they touch will skip the burning process and immediately drop into ash. Ash is in fact the remains of a chemical reaction which almost all organic matter becomes upon ignition. This is literal ash, and not ash in the sense of the jutsu "Burning Ash Accumulation", which in fact could not physically be ash due to ash being 100% inflammable. Ash can easily be compared to water; as both substances have gone through their chemical reaction and are no longer able to burn or go through any form of chemical change through heat. They can though change states of matter much like water; but because ash's melting point is incredibly high, even towering over glass; it is near impossible to accomplish.

The ash, once summoned, is capable of being controlled by the member of Kageki much like Gaara from the Canon could control sand. Of course, the ash has many different properties. For instance, once it makes contact with a solid surface at high speeds; it gives off gaseous vapors due to the ash itself being incredibly small particles. Also; if the user adds extra Katon chakra to the ash; they can super heat it to glowing red standards and use it to burn and scar enemies. The final attribute of ash is its highly toxic nature. Inhaling this substance over the course of a few days could lead to deadly cancer; but this effect isn't noticeable during battle as it takes forever. A member of the clan can of course shove it down the target's throat, but that can really be done with any substance. In its natural state, the ash is completely black. The only downside to the ash creation is that it takes a bit longer to create and more chakra to control when in damp situations, high humidity, or mist in general. Water also makes the ash pretty much useless.
Clan Symbol: A dark gray cloud.

Clan Traits: The members of this clan usually have a tad darker skin than other people due to their experiments with ash. They do though have extremely odd hair styles. Their hair is a mix of black and white; almost looking like a darkish gray from afar. Basically white with black high-lights. Apparently inhaling all that ash for some time changed their genetics. Members of this clan tend to have below average life spans; this mainly because the ash inhaling ends up giving them cancer later on in life.
Clan Traditions: This clan is relatively new, so there aren't many traditions. They do have special scrolls which allow them to summon large piles of ash at will; but this isn't much of a tradition than basic summon scroll. The children of this clan are taught the arts of mixing the Katon and Fuuton chakras at early ages, which make them decent at its control by Genin level. The clan members do tend to carry large sums of sugar on them; mainly to summon ash really quickly with minimal chakra requirement.

Description: The user smacks their hand together and places their palm against the surface of the ground. Should there be grass, leaves, or any form of organic matter (excluding animals and humans) on the surface, all of this matter incinerates and becomes ash. The ash can then be controlled by members of the clan through the use of Hai Kansei.

Description: The user performs the necessary hand seals before picking up ignitable matter. After applying chakra this matter becomes ash by skipping the burning process. Can be used with the Kageki clan's sugar to quickly make ash.

Clan History: After learning about the new idea of Ninjutsu; members of this already existing bloodline decided to design their own jutsu. What they didn't realize is that they already had a bloodline which allowed them to mix Katon and Fuuton chakras. Upon realizing this; the members quickly began to experiment with this, creating ash eventually and finally starting to use it for more reasonable things. now the clan lives peacefully; away from the clutches of villages for now.
