The Jutsu Rank List

Basically the list is full of mistakes. Everyone in the C box agreed it needs to be revamped. There are jutsu that are to high and jutsu that are way to low.

Here is one major example

Wheel of Fortune you have as a C rank, it is S or SS rank. It basically allows the user to summon an entire cannon the size of a village. Not to mention it has many other effects allowing to monitor everyone who is in the canyon. Or summon different traps for people. It is in no way C rank. I think we should use this thread to post mistakes. I know there were a lot being talked about in the C box. So post them up to let staff know.
