Name: Katon: Enrau [Fire Release: Flare]

Description: A basic Fire Release technique which allows the user to inhale a base amount of harmless fire chakra into their gullet before then closing their mouth and forming the Ram and Tiger seals exclusively. They will then set their sights on a specific location and release their chakra into the air in this location. The chakra will form into a soccer shaped and sized ball of fire which will then simply levitate about ten metres in the air. The area for about twenty feet around each orb will be entirely illumated and each orb can be seen from far away being as it is extremely illuminated. There is one final effect however, these orbs stay in the air thanks to specific gasses present in each giving them bouyancy; A second Tiger seal causes them to explode in the air, each causing a flash capable of blinding those around it, the user included, for a good twenty or so seconds. One jutsu creates three orbs. Each stays in the air for around five or six posts, though the longer they stay the weaker the actual flash becomes.

Description: Masashi forms a single monkey seal before then charging the chakra gained from performing such a seal into his right or left hand; Either/or but not both. He will then influence this chakra with the wind element before then simply pushing the fist forwards in a punch. A cylinder-shaped rush of air will then expel from the fist, hence the name, pushing back and possibly injuring the the person he punches.

Description: Masashi forms the rabbit and dragon seals and forms chakra into his gullet once more. He will absorb wind through his lips in a long gasp before then releasing a dozen small inch-long needles from his mouth towards a target. While they don't do a large amount of damage they do stick into basically anything they come across. Because of this if Masashi manages to hit a a limb on his target they will experience a severe stabbing pain any time they move for around five posts, causing battling further to be rather difficult. However; Anything but a direct hit makes the jutsu useless. Though, small things suck as insects and other weaponry can be destroyed or deflected on hit.

Description: This technique summons a flock of countless crows, dazzling the enemy. The user can freely manipulate the crows by emitting chakra from his fingertips and altering it into high frequency waves. Since the crows continuously clone themselves, the target becomes completely surrounded, obscuring their field of vision. When no longer needed, the crows will simply disappear in a puff of smoke.

Description: This technique makes use of the users chakra as a paralysing agent. The user throws kunai with strings attached at the opponent. Once the enemy is hit, chakra is run through the string to paralyse the opponent, which will serve to either incapacitate the enemy or allow the user to attack. However, against those who can absorb chakra, this technique could backfire as the target may simply steal chakra from the user, while exhibiting immunity to the paralysis, as Kisame demonstrated. The target can be pumped full of chakra for as long as the user wishes them to be stunned, but the user may not perform any movement or technique leaving them equally defenceless.

Description: A technique that produces a clone by projecting one's own chakra towards dozens of "crows". Because it uses crows as a medium, it requires less chakra than the normal Shadow Clone Technique, while still being able to perform techniques. The dozens of crows come together to form the body of a clone. When the chakra projected by the user is severed, the crows disperse, though the user is still able to continue to speak through it.

Description: Charging chakra into the two ends of his staff, Masashi will move towardsh is target and perform techniques to get within distance of them. He will then spin his staff overhead and suddenly release the chakra as he attack, extending the staff length by a good foot or so over the initial length. Thanks to his high strength he attacks with enough raw, wild power to take an opponents head right off their shoulders. Of course, unless he uses a method to make sure he isn't seen by the opponent then it's a rather strupid move to make as it leaves his body wide open.

Description: A grab-type taijutsu technique using a staff and a precation to make sure no damage is sustained whilst the jutsu is in effect. Masashi will simply take his staff and thrust one end of his stave into the opponents stomach, before then using his strength and the fact his staff can support a massive weight to pull the opponent about six feet into the air, supported by the staff. He will then suddenly kick the side of the staff causing it to spin furiously, before hopping up and punching the target in the face..at least he hopes it's the face; Causing them to spin harshly out of control.

Description: A relatively simple taijutsu technique used with either the fist, a staff or a knuckle-based weapon; Meaning Masashi may perform this taijutsu with any of this three attack styles. He will simply charge towards the opponent at full speed and pass them, leaning to one side and instantly slamming his fist or the end of his staff against the opponents shoulder. This causes the opponent, if hit, to suddenly and instantly begin to spin at high speed for a good ten or so seconds on the spot. Of course they are left basically defenceless as they would be incapable of stopping an attack whilst spinning like a top.

Description: A technique for physical restraint, quite as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. This is a basic ninjutsu usable even by genin, but its intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level. In addition, depending on the user, the technique can be cast on every target at once, and won't fail a shinobi during his missions. This debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again or, in some cases, take the target into custody. Because of his connection to the Kyuubi and the foul chakra used in this technique, Masashi's version is particularly potent and capable of knocking out those without a strong enough will if used properly.

Add how long they remain in the air before the chakra fueling them runs out, if they are not used.

I don't see how you'd be able to pull this off, with Kyuubi or not, and even then it would cause you to pass out from chakra exhaustion. I'll let an admin deal with it

This jutsu confuses me so i wont touch it, but that doesn't seem like a D rank tech to me
