| This district of the village contains the Administration Building, Hospital, and the Special Forces Barracks. The Kage building is located at the epicenter, with the hospital not far. Behind the hospital is the Medicinal Greenhouse and within the Administration Building is the Barracks for the Special Forces, which typically remains empty due to constant missions. Every other building is roughly forty meters from the Administration building. Off in the distances, there is another sector which houses the clans, roughly three miles away from the other buildings. This district is one of the most heavily guarded areas within the village. It is where sewage is transported, items, and water, of course on separate lines and far away from one another. The air is irrigated by small holes to the surface. Also, there are several training facilities underground where a lot of the non public death matches are held to ascertain who is promoted. It is illuminated by a line of low hanging lamps that give off a dull light, using minimal power. This also means that it is very dark within the area. There are regular patrols of imperial army troops within the area, also there is sometimes a rouge commando within there to keep order, or to look for other special forces. Not all of the tunnels have water running through them, some are solid brick roads, while others have two sidewalks on either side, with the water in the middle

When you first enter the door, you will be greeted by a smiling receptionist, where you can browse the many pastry selections there is to offer. After ordering breakfast, you can grab a towel, and head to the respective spa [Male or Female] for a a relaxing dip. Once you are down with your spa and realize that you are rather tired, you can simply tell the receptionist that you intend on staying for the night, and she will give you a room key to one of the upstairs apartments, which are each equipped with a small hot tub for one. Remember to enjoy your stay, and carry enough money to pay. Nothing is free, though always priced reasonably.
