Tenraigan is the dojutsu Kekkei Genkai of the Kumori Clan. It is extremely powerful, yet extremely rare. It is said that a Kumori will only inherit these eyes once he has proven himself worthy The God Of Shadows Tenraigan appears to be eyes with a white and yellow iris, and four dark-purple rings circling both pupils. Each of the four dark-purple rings have a black colored center, and are all connected by what appears to be dark-purple lines. The user will not understand it, it can happen at any time from about up to the ranks of there high Genin times, meaning when they are about Chuunin or early Chunnin, the Gods of Shadow observes them. Deeming them worthy once something they do interest them giving them Tenraigan. And the user will not even know it. The Tenraigan is very fatal and useful. It has many secrets. Such as being able to see things that are not of the human eye, meaning of the gods of shadows eyes. The Divine eye has many powers that are yet to be unlocked.
The superb skills of the Tenraigan wielder, the possessor will gain certain abilities through out the experience of on the journey of mastering the Tenraigan. The most main skill of this powerful Doujutsu is the ability of being able to copy and use any lightning jutsu of there rank, but of course there is a limit as in Kekkai Genkai Lightning Techniques can not be copied.
The Basic Skill of most Doujutsu like the Uchiha's Sharingan or Hyuuga's Byakugan is the ability to be able to see chakra of all kinds including barrier chakra which means the user can see those who use techniques in which allows the user to disappear from the naked eye the Tenraigan wielder is able to easily see there opponent through there chakra , but not only just chakra if the user is skilled enough the eyes will allow them to see much precise meaning being able to lock on to things and keep up with there movements.
A more advanced skill of the Tenraigan is when the wielder become strong at this rate, we are talking more being chuunin but being able to fight at a more Jounin type level to gain this skill. The last and most common and famous skill in which made the Kumori clan famous, there use of lightning techniques, all members have a strong affinity to the element of Raiton. Using the lightning affinity to accumulate more power, as the Tenraigan develops and more experienced is gained. Bestowed upon them the abilities that mimic and imitate their characteristic personality. The Kumori clansmen have the innate ability for knowledge, destruction, & language. Given as a consolation or by default.
I. LANGUAGE. Some Kumori carry a natural gift for languages, much like that of the Silver King; those who are aware of the clan's abilities often pay small fortunes simply to have one break a valuable code. However, the power of this Kumori ability is the power of words themselves. Through lightning, they can equip it to the human vocal patterns, making jutsu that are activated with just meet speech instead of handseals. In conjunctions with seals on their palms, they use them as a medium to transfer the lightning chakra. Simply known as the Words of Power, they are able to influence the surrounding world. Beginning Kumori with this ability are limited in their use of Words of Power; typically, their skills are close-ranged, and often require physical contact. The number of Words they can maintain at once is severely limited, and their evocations must be spoken out loud in order to have any effect.
As time goes on, every Kumori can master more of their ability, learning to both work ranged techniques, and to cast lower level Words without actually speaking. As their chakra supply increases, members are capable of maintaining more than one sustainable Word of Power at a time.
As a backlash of their ability, and the strange forces that compose the Words of Power, Kumori are incapable of working even the most simple techniques of Ninjutsu and Genjutsu, unless its the lowest form of lightning jutsu for their rank. Their skills in the Medical Arts are limited to those that do not actually require chakra, such as quick-binding and stitching techniques, and their grasp of Taijutsu and Kenjutsu, can become advanced enough to cover for their lack of other shinobi arts.
II. KNOWLEDGE. Kumori givein this ability are able to add memories, thoughts, emotions, and desires to an opponent. Using the lightning as an emitter, they can emit molecular bits chakra as pulses that would allow access to the mind and its thought process. These effects are only temporary and wear off after battle. This type of ability, named Pushing by the Shadow Gods, can be very deadly if used properly. For they can give someone the memory that they had killed their family, or tell them they want to kill themselves, and to make it worse make them depressed and have a desire to death.
Although there are restrictions to such a suggestive ability. At a genin level memories are very restricted for it simply cannot be done. Thoughts are a very simple thing, to get into their opponents minds and make them think whatever they want. Each though must be short and straight to the point. Only simple emotions are allowed, like anger, sadness, and happiness. For desires, desires to kill oneself are not allowed, desires for a genin are simple like a desire for a certain person, to do something, or maybe a color or a type of food. The user can choose between giving a desire, emotion, thought, etc. every three of the users post meaning only one every three posts.
At chuunin level memories can be accessed. Though memories like thoughts for genin’s must be short and straight to the point, and cannot be very detailed. Making the memory very odd seeming. Thoughts can be long and descriptive, to match a opponents personality. Emotions can be more complicated and the user can cast great depression or, enough anger to make one crazy. For desires, the user can give the opponent desires about anything they wish, but desires must be small and straight to the point, nothing descriptive. The user can only use on of these options per turn.
At a jounin level. The user can fully access memories and add ones that were not there before, being as descriptive as they want. Thoughts can be very suggestive and almost endless in length. Though the more concentration put into each one takes more chakra to create. For emotions the user can pick whatever emotion they have knowledge, and have felt before. As for desires, the user can be creative and give almost any desire, though the desire for death and hurting oneself is always weak and can be ignored easily.
These abilities take chakra of course, and the longer and more concentration taken in each thing takes more concentration. A genin uses a lot of chakra doing those simple tasks and chuunin shares a fair toll as well. Many Kumori with this ability our enlisted within the Special Ops and are used for interrogation. Kumori with this ability are most likely to stay away from battle and our kind and friendly in nature.
III. DESTRUCTION. The Kumori clan is granted its power from the evil shadow gods that inhabit the netherworld. Destruction is their main forte and comes with the job of being a shadow god, so of course they would have given their pupil the power to cause destruction as well. This ability is determined at birth whether or not the ninja chosen will be of great worth or die a useless tool. The ability to wield lightning at its maximum without the cost of chakra. The user is cuts off all his chakra dependencies and learns to use pure lightning. Unable to use regular jutsu anymore, this ability comes with the biggest cost.

- Clan Training :: The Kumori are trained rather oddly, compared to other shinobi; from a very young age they are taught to read and speak, fight and learn war, or learn the nature of the brain. After graduating from the Academy, they are then tutored in the selective ability and shipped out into the world. Oddly enough, along with book learning comes intense physical training; while no stronger than any other shinobi in peak fitness, the rather bookish Kumori are all trained as fierce melee warriors, to compliment their Tenraigan in a battlemage-esque combat form.
- Population :: The compound of the Kumori is fairly large, despite being so well hidden; tucked away deep in the Lightning Country, in the ruins of the Silver King and the rest of the Ancients, the actual location remains one of the great mysteries of the shinobi world. Despite how well the clan has flourished, their numbers have remained fairly tame in the compound itself, just barely qualifying as a B-Class clan with 550 members. Roughly a hundred more wander the shinobi world, with another two hundred supposedly surviving across the ocean, like their ancestor so many years before.
- Nature//Values :: The Kumori value learning and personal advancement very highly, much like the Ancients before them. Members of the clan are given free reign to do as they see fit; wanderers and shinobi signed to villages are all very common, as are those who simply live in the compound and work on trade skills.

Description: Nekurai is the Raiton Ninjutsu of the Kumori Clan. It is performed like other Raiton techniques; the only difference is that when performed by a Kumori, it will be generated into a dark-purple color or White, rather than blue. This is because Denkou no Tenshu (Literally meaning, "God of Shadows") chose the Kumori Clan to become the absolute masters of the Raiton element. Denkou no Tenshu transformed the chakra in every Kumori Clan member, to make them all have an affinity for the Raiton element, and changed the color of their electricity to symbolize the Shadow God's presence among the Kumori Clan. The normal version of Nekurai consists of forming chakra in the palm of a hand, and generating it into electricity. Upon impact, the sphere of electricity will explode, destroying the target. Thus, this technique is very powerful. Kumori Users that recive this part of the Tenraigan eye are able to use diffrent variations of the jutsus with there perspective style.
Clan History:
The Kumori Clan was one of the first clans to reside in Kumogakure. During the early years of the village, the Kumori Clan was considered to be the most powerful clan in Kumogakure. The clan was superior to every other clan residing within the village in strength, as well as the amount living members. Unfortunately, as generations passed, the clan gradually lost its superiority. There were exactly fourteen living members of the clan once Naito was born, making Naito the last member to ever have been born into the clan.
When Kumogakure was still young, the clan owned a small residential district. As was needed for the clan, the district had many houses. However, as Kumogakure grew in population, the Kumori Clan was reducing in members. During the time of Sandaime Raikage, the clan downsized, selling off their district to Kumogakure, and used some of that money to build a residential building for the clan’s inhabitants.
Elder Hanjibo, who was Kazaharku’s father, was once the leader of the Kumori Clan. But when his son Kazaharku inherited Tenraigan, he stepped down, placing Kazaharku as the new leader of the clan. As his last decision before he passed on his authority, he ordered that no one was permitted to discuss Tenraigan, unless in a clan meeting, or with the current leader of the clan’s permission. This rule was created to protect the secrets of Tenraigan from becoming well known throughout the world. When Kazaharku died, Elder Hanjibo reclaimed authority of the clan. When Kiseido Yuto killed everyone in the clan, with the exceptions of Yasuto and Naito, Yasuto would become the new leader for the next two years until he also died. Now the last Kumori alive, Ikazuchi is recognized as the leader of the fallen clan.
According to legend, the Kumori Clan was chosen by, God of Shadows to be the absolute masters above all at performing Manipulation techniques. It is also said, that when a Kumori proves himself worthy to the God Of Shadows by becoming incredibly strong, he will bless that Kumori by granting him the powers of, “Tenraigan” (Literally meaning, “Havenly Eye”). This is the extremely rare Kekkei Genkai of the clan. Throughout history, only three Kumori Clan members have ever possessed it. Kumori Gendurai, who was the first to have this power, lived when Shodai Raikage served. He inherited these eyes at the age of Thirty-One years and mastered all of its abilities by age Thirty-Three. When he was the age of Thirty-Five years.
The second to ever inherit these eyes was Naito’s father, Kumori Kazaharku who lived when Sandaime Raikage and Yondaime Raikage served. He inherited these same eyes at the age of Twenty-Three years old. By age Twenty-Five, he mastered all of its abilities. Naito, who was the last to inherit these eyes, inherited them at the young age of 12 years. Naito had mastered all of Tenraigan’s abilities a year later at the age of 15 years. Because of this, Naito is definitely the strongest Kumori to ever arise from the clan.
